The channel is divided into two parts-main channel and branch channel.
- MAIN CHANNEL: Capacity 300,000MT, LOA 26KM, BEAM390M, DFT: 19.7M; channel trend is from 83° 22′ 02″ to 263° 22′ 02″ with beginning from buoy No.301 (35° 07′ 47″ N /119° 42′ 472″ E) and buoy No.302 (35° 07′ 2″ N /119° 42′ 5″ E)
2. BRANCH CHANNEL: Turn northwest at buoy 329# from main channel to lanbei branch channel which starts from buoy 501# and 502#. BEAM200M, DFT: 11M;

Middle name without abbreviation) in English/Rank/Nationality/Sex/Date and place of birth/Passport No. with expiry date to our office. Please double check
And assure crew list contents are true and correct without any errors, otherwise
The immigration will fine at lease RMB 10000.00 for each error. Especially for the Chinese/Ukraine/Polish/Lithuania crew, their seaman’s book No. is to be
applied.
Moreover the Chinese crew should declare their name In Chinese and English.
Please copy or scan the page of passport or seaman’s books to our office by E-mail for our verifying accordingly.
VTS service area covers the waters surrounded by the coastline and joint lines connecting the following five points:

1) Pls apply a position to drop anchor wz lanshan vts by channel 09 before 1 hour of arrival.
2).Entry report: Arriving/crossing at the VTS report-line,(Ship’s name, anchoring position, finishing time)
3).Arriving Report: After berthing or anchoring
4).Moving Report: Before dropping/heaving up anchor and shifting
5).Departure Report: Before departure from berth or heaving up anchor
6).Final report: Departing the report line
II) PLS TAKE CARE OF FOLLOWING:
1).Quarantine signal: Yellow flag daytime and three red lights night time;
2).pls do not allow any person on board without permit from agent,after entry formality boarding agent we will tell you who can come aboard;
3).pls make register for every person aboard;
4).crew can not go ashore until all formality complete.
JJ) FRESH WATER IS AVAILABLE AT LOCAL PORT, AND FO&DO ARE BOTH AVAILABLE, TOO.
