THERE IS ALSO AN TEMPORARY ANCHORAGE TO DROP WHICH IS SOUTHEAST OF PINGDAO ISLAND:(TWO POINT FOR YOUR REFERENCE)

ITS NEAR TO LANQIAO PORT AND CONVENIENT FOR BERTHING,AND ITS OUTSIDE OF REPORT LINE, NO NEED TO REPORT TO VTS FOR APPROVAL

VTS service area covers the waters surrounded by the coastline and joint

lines connecting the following five points:

D . 34°59′00″N , 119°26′00″E

E . 35°05′10″N , 119°18′00″E

1) Pls apply a position to drop anchor wz Lanshan vts by channel 09 before 1 hour of arrival.

2).Entry report: Arriving/crossing at the VTS report-line,(Ship’s name,anchoring position, finishing time)

3).Arriving Report: After berthing or anchoring

4).Moving Report: Before dropping/heaving up anchor and shifting

5).Departure Report: Before departure from berth or heaving up anchor

6).Final report: Departing the report line

Arriving Report: aft. vls anchoring pls report to Lanshan VTS.

FF. THERE IS NO DRAFT LIMITATIONS FOR OUR GD LADY.

GG. DENSITY AT BERTH: 1.022 WOG.

HH.PLS TAKE CARE OF FOLLOWING:

1).Quarantine signal: Yellow flag daytime and three red lights night time;

2).pls do not allow any person onboard without permit from agent,after clearing entry

    formalities boarding agent will tell you who can come onboard

3).pls make register for every person onboard;

4).crew can not go ashore until all formalities complete.

Pls cfm safe receipt by return as we need your confirmation to apply entry permission from MSA.
